With experience as an assistant to an interior designer and a brand representative for a women's ready-to-wear clothing line, she effortlessly weaves together aesthetics and style. With her attention to detail and passion for creating unforgettable moments, she builds trust with her clients, leading confidently to ensure that every aspect of their special day is meticulously planned and executed to perfection. Westray is often found at the barn with a profound love for horses, sharing and instilling that same passion for riding in her daughter. Westray cherishes spending time with her husband and their two children, whether embarking on their next great adventure, horseback riding, skiing down a mountain, or simply at home with their lovely, laid-back Great Pyrenees and a mischievous cat.  

Caroline was a planner long before it became her profession. Early in life, she showed an innate understanding of community. Anything that brings people together. Often the first volunteer to help with any occasion or event, she fostered a deep appreciation for the details. Humble and hardworking, she leaned into her strengths - a meticulous eye for detail and a love of logistics - to turn any event into an experience.

It was only natural that this calling became a career, as she soon established herself as a prominent wedding planner, designer, and connector of people. A Virginia native, Caroline has built a reputation for her signature style, blending considered details, a respect for tradition, and a tasteful element of surprise. Over the past decade, she has forged cherished relationships with the best behind-the-scenes crews and vendors in the business, allowing her to match any event with the perfect combination of service and style. An “in-person” person, Caroline finds joy  and inspiration connecting and learning the stories of those profoundly in love. 

When not traveling, Caroline and her family are at home in Virginia, nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge mountains. There, she finds her greatest purpose and comfort in her loving husband, two incredible, young daughters, and their sweet (and sometimes  naughty) lab, Otter.
